7. Paid Services

7.1 Billing Policies. Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other fee. If you choose to use the paid features of the Service listed on our website, you agree to our WE1TOWN or otherwise communicated pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time at our sole discretion. WE1TOWN may at any time, at its sole discretion, add new services for additional fees and charges, or add or change fees and charges for existing portions of the service. Any changes to our pricing or payment terms will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Your continued use of the service after the subscription fee amount change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the changed subscription fee amount and your continued acceptance of these Terms.

(i) For Datacenter IPv4 proxies, the total active subscription bandwidth usage must be below 500 MB; and the total number of proxies used in the subscription must be 100 or below.

(ii) There are no refunds for residential and mobile proxies. There are no refunds for proxies with unlimited bandwidth provided by WE1TOWN without additional charges. There are no refunds for proxy products purchased on a Pay Per GB (Pay As You Go) basis. There are no refunds for active IPv6 proxies.

(iii) For software, automation programs, and other products, returns are only accepted if there is a problem with the product that prevents its use. However, WE1TOWN determines whether the conditions are met at its sole discretion. Refunds are issued in the event of any dispute. WE1TOWN may refuse to issue any refund at its sole discretion.

(iiii) WE1TOWN may cancel any product identified as misused without offering a refund or exchange. This includes high requests made through proxies. Customers cannot request a refund or exchange for WE1TOWN products used in attacks.

(iiiii) Active server orders are non-refundable.

(iiiiii) Returns are only possible for payments made by Credit Card.
