1. Our Service

1.1 Eligibility

The Service cannot be used by any User previously removed from the service by WE1TOWN.

1.2 Limited License

Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service for your internal commercial use only to the extent permitted by the features of the Service. WE1TOWN reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the service and WE1TOWN content (as defined in Section 3). WE1TOWN may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.

1.3 User Accounts

Your account on the Service ("Your User Account") gives you access to services and functions that we may set up and maintain from time to time and at our sole discretion. We may maintain different types of user accounts for different types of Users. If you open a user Account on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that (i) "you" includes you and such legal entity, and (ii) you are the authorized representative of such legal entity. You represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these terms and that you accept these terms on behalf of the organization. By connecting to the Service with a third-party service, you allow us to access and use your information on that service as permitted by that service, and to store your login credentials for that service.

You may never use another user's user Account without permission. When creating your user account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for the activities that occur in your user account and you must keep your user account password safe. We recommend using "strong" passwords (passwords consisting of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your User Account. You must immediately notify WE1TOWN of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your user account. WE1TOWN shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorized use of your User Account.

By providing WE1TOWN with your e-mail address, you authorize us to use the e-mail address to send you service-related notices, including notices required by law, rather than by mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes in service features and special offers. If you do not want to receive such e-mail messages, you can opt out; disabling it may prevent you from receiving email messages about updates, improvements or offers.

1.4 Terms of Service

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1- Copying, distributing or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including, without limitation, any automated or non-automated "scraping", transmitting spam, chain letters or other unsolicited e-mail;

2 - Use any automated system, including but not limited to "robots", "spiders", "offline readers", etc., to access the Service in such a way as to send more request messages to WE1TOWN's servers than a human could reasonably generate during the same period of time using a conventional online web browser (except that WE1TOWN grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission for the purpose of using spiders to copy publicly available material from the Service and only to the extent necessary for the creation of publicly available searchable indexes of materials, but not for the creation of caches or archives of such materials);

3 - Forwarding spam, chain letters or other unsolicited emails, using it as brute-force;

4 - Attempting to interfere with the servers running the service or transmissions from the servers, compromising or deciphering system integrity or security;

5 - Take any action that imposes, or in our sole discretion may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on our infrastructure;

6 - Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms or other software agents through the Service; (vii) collecting or stealing personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service;

7 - Use the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes;

8 - Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your connection to a person or organization, committing fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity;

9 - Intervening in the proper functioning of the service;

10 - Access any content on the service by any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the service;

11 - By omitting any measures we may use to block or restrict access to the Service, including but not limited to features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or impose limitations on the use of the Service or the content therein.

12 - You are responsible for any material, moral, legal consequences arising from the use, security and use of any product, program, server, proxy that you have purchased.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right to monitor disputes between you and other users, but we have no such obligation. WE1TOWN will have no responsibility for your interactions with other users or for the actions or inaction of any user.

1.8 Service Location

The service is controlled and operated from WE1TOWN facilities in Turkey. WE1TOWN, while providing services, mainly complies with the laws of Turkey and the United Kingdom. WE1TOWN makes no representations that the Service is suitable or available for use elsewhere. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so of their own volition and are fully responsible for compliance with all applicable international and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to export and import regulations.

2. User Content

7. Paid Services

7.1 Billing Policies. Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other fee. If you choose to use the paid features of the Service listed on our website, you agree to our WE1TOWN or otherwise communicated pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time at our sole discretion. WE1TOWN may at any time, at its sole discretion, add new services for additional fees and charges, or add or change fees and charges for existing portions of the service. Any changes to our pricing or payment terms will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Your continued use of the service after the subscription fee amount change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the changed subscription fee amount and your continued acceptance of these Terms.

7.2 Refund Policy.  WE1TOWN may, in its sole discretion, offer free refunds for any subscription canceled within 12 hours of original payment, subject to the following conditions:

(i) For Datacenter proxies, active subscription bandwidth usage must be less than 500 MB in total;  and the number of proxies used in the subscription must be below 250 in total.

(ii) There are no refunds for Proxies of the Residential and Mobile type.  There are no refunds for proxies with unlimited bandwidth, which WE1TOWN provides at no additional charge.

(iii) For software, automation programs and other products, refunds can be made only if there is a problem with the products or a situation that prevents their use.  However, WE1TOWN determines whether the circumstances are determined at its sole discretion.  Refunds will be made in case of any dispute.  WE1TOWN may, in its sole discretion, refuse to issue any refund.

(iiii) For purchased digital products, or for purchased accounts, the responsibility lies with the customer after account delivery.  WE1TOWN does not know what you will use the accounts for and what actions you have taken.  For this reason, if you have trouble logging into purchased accounts, WE1TOWN will switch accounts.  Purchased accounts must be logged in within 24 hours, otherwise no change will be made.  For any digital product, there are no returns.

(iiiii) If WE1TOWN detects that the customer is abusing proxies or automation programs, they may cancel without explanation, and will not issue refunds. This includes high requests made on proxies. The customer cannot request any refund or exchange for the WE1TOWN products that are used for offensive purposes.

(iiiiii) Active server orders cannot be returned before the expiry date.

(iiiiiii) Refund conditions are only possible for payments made by Credit Card.

Anyone who purchases from we1.town is deemed to have read and approved these refund conditions.

7.3 Automatic Renewal of Subscription Fees. IF YOU SUBSCRIBE FOR A SUBSCRIPTION, AND ACTIVATE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, THE RESIDENTIAL FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFINED CONTINUOUSLY EVERY MONTH, WITHOUT NOTIFYING US THAT YOU WISH TO SUBSCRIBE AND CANCEL. ANY CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE SENT ON OUR SETTINGS PAGE OR IN WRITTEN (You can create a support ticket) AND WILL BE APPLICABLE IN THE MONTH FROM THE MONTH THAT YOU NOTIFIED US. WITHOUT NOTIFYING US OF YOUR CANCELLATION, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND ALL RELATED FEES WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND AUTHORIZED US OR YOUR AUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDER. APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND ANY TAXES ARE USING ANY SUITABLE PAYMENT METHOD WE SAVE FOR YOU.

8. No Professional Advice

To the extent that the Service provides professional information, such information is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. No action should be taken based on any information contained in the Service.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Use of the service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No verbal or written advice or information you obtain from WE1TOWN or through the service constitutes any warranty not expressly stated herein. Without limiting the foregoing, WE1TOWN, its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensors do not warrant that any content on the service is accurate, reliable or accurate; that the Service will meet your requirements; the service will be provided at a certain time or place, uninterruptedly or securely; that any defect or error will be corrected; or that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is downloaded at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any damage or loss of data to your computer system or mobile device resulting from such downloading or use of the service.
